طريقة التحضير:
1. أحضري صينية قصيرة الحافة وضعي فيها قطع البسكويت متباعدة.
2. في قدر متوسط الحجم سميك القاعدة ضعي الزبدة والسكر، ضعي القدر على نار متوسطة. قلبي السكر بين الحين والآخر إلى أن يحترق السكر ويصبح كراميل فاتح اللون.
3. باستعمال ملعقة صغيرة وبحذر شديد، وزعي مقدار ملعقة صغيرة من الكراميل على سطح كل قطعة بسكويت.
4. يمكنك إدخال البسكويت في فرن على درجة حرارة 180م لمدة 6 إلى 8 دقائق ليتحمص البسكويت فقط. كما يمكنك إكمال الخطوة التالية بدون وضع البسكويت في الفرن.

7. وزعي البندق، اللوز، الجوز والزبيب حسب التزيين الذي تفضلين.
8. دعي البسكويت ليبرد تماما وتتماسك الشوكولاطة مع المكسرات. قدمي مع قهوة الصباح أو شاي العصاري.
