ناخد السكر نعملو في كاسرونة نخليه تايدوب وبدا لونو يتبدل للذهبي

نزولو من فوق العافية

ونظيف ليه بسرعة الزبدة والعسل والقشدة واللوز نحرك مزيان

ونرجعو فوق العافية حتى يتكرمل يعني نحسو بيه تعسل مزيان

من بعد نخلوه يبرد شوية ونسرحو فوق العجين

وندخله للفران يطيب 20 دقيقة

طريقة التحضير :

< نظفي الخس واغسليه جيدا وجفيفه من الماء.

قطعي الخبز إلى أنصاف وادهنيه جيدا بصلصة البيستو وزيت الزيتون.

صففي أوراق الخس ثم الموتزريلا والمورتديلا وتبلي بالملح والإبزار وغطي الخبز.

بسكويت بالشوكولاطة والمكسرات

المكونات:20 حبة بسكويت
1/2 كوب جوز أنصاف
1/2 كوب لوز مجروش
1/2 كوب بندق أنصاف
300 جرام شوكولاطة مذابة

1/2 ملعقة صغيرة هيل
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
1 كوب سكر
2 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
1/2 كوب زبيب

طريقة التحضير:

1. أحضري صينية قصيرة الحافة وضعي فيها قطع البسكويت متباعدة.
2. في قدر متوسط الحجم سميك القاعدة ضعي الزبدة والسكر، ضعي القدر على نار متوسطة. قلبي السكر بين الحين والآخر إلى أن يحترق السكر ويصبح كراميل فاتح اللون.
3. باستعمال ملعقة صغيرة وبحذر شديد، وزعي مقدار ملعقة صغيرة من الكراميل على سطح كل قطعة بسكويت.
4. يمكنك إدخال البسكويت في فرن على درجة حرارة 180م لمدة 6 إلى 8 دقائق ليتحمص البسكويت فقط. كما يمكنك إكمال الخطوة التالية بدون وضع البسكويت في الفرن.

5. أنثري القرفة والهيل على الكراميل قبل أن يجف تماما على قطع البسكويت.

6. باستعمال ملعقة صغيرة وزعي الشوكولاطة المذابة على سطح الكراميل مع محاولة عدم تغطية الكراميل بالكامل.

7. وزعي البندق، اللوز، الجوز والزبيب حسب التزيين الذي تفضلين.

8. دعي البسكويت ليبرد تماما وتتماسك الشوكولاطة مع المكسرات. قدمي مع قهوة الصباح أو شاي العصاري.

التحضير:

نضع الطحين في اناء ونحط علية السكر الحليب و السنوج

وفي قليل من الماء نضع الخميرة 

نصب الزيت على الطحين ونفركه

نصب الخميرة على الطحين

نضيف الماء ونعجن باليدين * أحسن*

هكذا يكون شكل العجين

نفرد العجين في صينية للفرن وندهنها بصفار البيض من فوق وندخلها الفرن حتى تحمر 

يمكن تقديمها مع القهوة بالحليب وهي مزينة بقليل من العسل

مشروب الياغورت (DANUP)

- 1 لتر و نصف من الماء

-250غ من مسحوق السكر (سنيدة)

-1 كاس كبير من بودرة الحليب

-كاس الياغورت بالقشدة بنكهة الفانيلا ( 125غ)

-1 كيس من الفانيلا (7 غ)

طريقة التحضير :

* في كاسرول فوق نار متوسطة  نغلي نصف لتر من الماء مع السكر لمدة 5 دقائق ثم نتركه يبرد قليلا..في نفس الوقت نصب باقي الماء في انية ثم نضيف اليها بودرة الحليب و الياغورت و الفانيلا. نخلط جيدا بالخلاط اليدوي نضيف الماء المحلى الدافئ و نحرك . نفرغ الخليط في قنينة بلاستيكية ( او قنينتين) و نقفلها.

نملا طنجرة بالماء الدافئ و نضع داخلها القنينة البلاستيكية . نقفل الطنجرة او نغطيها بثوب و نضعها جانبا ليلة كاملة دون تحريكها. بعد ذلك نضع القنينة في الثلاجة حتى تبرد . و نقدم المشروووب باااردا .
